The national team gets prepared
From 22 to 27 August 2019, Kazan in Russia hosted the WorldSkills Championships in cabinet making. Florian Meigel (German Champion 2017) and Johannes Bänsch (German Champion 2018) were part of the German national team. They and their coaches spent many months preparing intensively, honing their skills and the work processes, such as gluing and assembling, to get into top form for the contest.

KLEIBERIT as the main sponsor
We supported the national team with our adhesives over a period of several months. We gave various training courses – at the competitors’ own workplaces and at KLEIBERIT’s Technology Center – providing in-depth knowledge on all aspects of bonding. The national team was also trained by KLEIBERIT at the Carpenter Association’s training camp at LIGNA 2019.
We are proud to support both the national carpentry team and the German Association of Joiners & Carpenters. We wish the national team continued success at the World Championships!
